Releasing Emotional Pain-Feng Shui Tip

“When you encounter emotional pain, find a safe time and space to feel the pain fully; this may help you let it go and find freedom. For example, if you need to let go of an object that you associate with loss or sadness, hold that object and let yourself feel freely. Cry or yell if you feel like doing so. Say whatever you need to say to that object about what it meant to you and all it represented in your life. Then place it in that donation bag or give it to someone who can actually use it without the baggage. You can release the pain and keep the loving memories.”-Laura Staley
